Cycle-Aware
Wellness
Introductory
Most wellness advice was designed around a 24-hour cycle — the cycle that governs most men's bodies. This course teaches you to work with all four of the biological rhythms shaping your energy, mood, creativity, and health every day.
Every human body operates within a nested set of biological clocks — from the 90-minute ultradian pulse governing attention within each day, to the 24-hour circadian clock, to the monthly infradian cycle, to the annual arc of the seasons. For people with menstrual cycles, only one of these — the infradian — has been addressed by existing wellness resources. The other three have been almost entirely ignored.
Cycle-Aware Wellness (Introductory) teaches you to recognise, track, and work with all four. The result is a fundamentally different relationship with your own energy — one grounded in your actual biology rather than a framework designed for a different body.
