Embodied
Leadership
Practices
Leadership starts in the body. How you carry yourself under pressure, how you hold your centre while holding space for others — these are not cognitive capacities. They are embodied ones.
This free seven-week course introduces somatic (body-based) practices that build the foundation of embodied leadership: nervous system regulation, presence, groundedness, and the capacity to stay in contact with your own experience while engaging fully with others.
Drawing on somatic psychology, polyvagal theory, and decades of practice in embodied leadership development, each module combines conceptual grounding with immediate practical application.
Somatic practices work by changing the nervous system from the inside out. Seven weeks of daily practice — even ten minutes a day — produces measurable shifts in regulation, presence, and resilience.
Develop somatic awareness and nervous system regulation for grounded, present leadership — building the embodied foundation that all effective leadership depends on.
"The body is the site of leadership. Everything else is commentary."— Richard Strozzi-Heckler, somatic practitioner and leadership teacher
