The YFE Community exists for practitioners who are inside difficult work — inside systems, organisations, movements, and communities they are trying to change. It is not a network for visibility. It is a governed space for depth, honesty, and ongoing thinking between people who are actually doing the work.

The Forum Circles are unlike any professional gathering I have been part of. The expectation that everyone has actually done the work — and that there is space to say what is genuinely hard — changed something for me.
