YFE Stewards &
Teachers
The portal for YFE-certified stewards and teachers — those trained and authorised to facilitate YFE frameworks, run courses, and hold community spaces under the YFE banner. Teaching is a form of stewardship. Stewardship is a form of governance.
Four stages, in order.
Each stage builds on the last — you can't skip ahead, because each one changes what you're trusted to hold.
Foundations
Study YFE's core frameworks and philosophy. Self-paced, with two live orientation calls.
Practicum
Co-facilitate a live cohort alongside a certified steward, with structured feedback.
Supervised Solo
Run your own session end to end, observed once, with a supervisor on call.
Certified Steward
Full authorisation to teach, hold spaces, and use the YFE banner independently.
Everything a steward
needs to teach well.
Teaching Resources
Full curriculum decks, facilitator guides, and session templates, updated as frameworks evolve.
Cohort Tools
Enrolment, scheduling, and progress-tracking tools built for running your own cohorts.
Supervision Support
Monthly supervision circles with fellow stewards to work through what's coming up in your teaching.
